Training on your own part,
not on an example.

Workshops · Specialist training · Coaching · Content to measure

Knowledge from projects is worth more than knowledge from slide decks. As an engineering firm in Hanover, we teach what we apply ourselves every day. Our training covers design methodology, work in the digital mock-up and change management — on the participants' own parts and CAD data.

The format follows the goal: a defined workshop when a method is being introduced; specialist training over several sessions when a whole team takes it over; coaching alongside the live project when it has to hold in daily work.

Training

Module 01

Workshops

Compact formats on one defined topic — getting started with an integration methodology, say, or moving to a new model structure. Usually one to two days, with exercises on your own data.

Module 02

Specialist training

A programme building across several sessions: design methodology, working in the digital mock-up, handling changes and configurations. For entrants as much as for experienced designers taking over a new environment.

Module 03

Coaching

Support in the live project rather than a training room. We work alongside the team for a while, answer questions where they arise, and withdraw once it holds.

Module 04

Content to measure

We assemble the programme along the gap that actually exists. For that we look into the projects beforehand and talk to the teams — not only to management.

What we take on

  • Design methodology and model structure
  • Working in the digital mock-up
  • Change and configuration management
  • Cooperation between design and analysis
  • Onboarding new staff into existing projects
  • Support when introducing new methods

Let's talk
about your project.

Describe your enquiry briefly — industry, task and the time frame you have in mind are enough for a first assessment. Our team reviews your enquiry on the merits and comes back to you promptly with a considered answer.
