The core of our engineering services from Hanover: designing parts and assemblies and fitting them into a complete product without contradictions. It sounds simple, and it decides schedules — every conflict first noticed during assembly costs a multiple of what it would have cost in the model.
We take on individual work packages as readily as responsibility for a complete module — at the client's site or at ours. That includes integrating the CAD data into the digital mock-up: clashes, installation spaces and accessibility are settled before the first part is made.

From first sizing to a release-ready model. We work the requirements into a geometry that can be manufactured, assembled and later maintained.
Interior development
Interiors are where users judge the product — and at the same time the area with the most interfaces. Linings, modules and attachments to structure, designed for weight, fire protection and joining sequence.
Exterior development
Outer skin, add-on parts and closure systems. Design intent and technical constraints regularly pull against each other here; our job is to reconcile the two.
Digital mock-up integration
Bringing all individual designs together in the overall model, checking clashes and installation spaces, demonstrating accessibility. Conflicts go back to design documented and with a proposed solution.
