Engineers
wanted.

We are an owner-managed engineering firm in Hanover, working for clients in aviation, automotive, shipbuilding and rail across Europe and North America. People who join us do not change industry every few years — they can be at home in four.

Working at case4de

Four industries, one employer

Experience from aviation carries over into shipbuilding, methods from automotive development into rail vehicles. Moving between projects is the rule here, not the exception.

Close to the decision

Medium-sized and owner-managed: short paths, little administration, a person to talk to rather than a ticket system.

Room to develop

We run training ourselves — workshops, specialist courses and coaching are part of what we offer clients, and they are open to our own people too.

Projects that last

In digital mock-up integration we have worked for Europe's largest aircraft manufacturer for years. Mandates like that run over years, not weeks.

Speculative application

Nothing that fits? Write to us anyway. Our projects change, and the question is rarely whether we happen to have a vacancy open, but whether what you can do fits what we are working on.

What helps us: a CV, a sentence or two about what interests you, your earliest possible start date, and the industries you have worked in so far. A formal cover letter is not necessary.
